Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Senior Officer, Test Analyst for the Retail Operational Readiness Centre in Singapore. Hybrid role based in Central Region (City Area) with full-time schedule and an emphasis on quality assurance across retail banking platforms.

You will translate requirements into test scripts, prepare data, execute UAT and automation tests (TOSCA), track defects, and provide progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with min 1 year of UAT experience.
• Knowledge of testing practices and retail banking applications.
• Experience with core banking, teller, self-service, internet and mobile banking.
• Experience in test automation and scripting; familiarity with TOSCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand system requirements and translate into test scripts.
• Prepare end-to-end test scripts.
• Prepare test data for end-to-end tests.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Execute automation scripts for functional testing.
• Track testing progress and defects.
• Provide regular test progress reports.
• Verify UAT exit criteria before sign-off.
• Engage stakeholders on test results and trainings.
• Provide post-implementation support.
