Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Singapore invites a Staff / Sr Test Operations Engineer–OSAT to support test operations and engineering after product release, driving cost reductions, OEE, yield and cycle-time improvements to reach our KPI goals.

You will coordinate with Renesas Product Groups and cross-functional teams across the US, Japan, India, Malaysia and China, and oversee tester utilization, test program releases and capacity expansions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in HV semiconductor test manufacturing (probe/WLCSP and final test).
• Experience with major ATE platforms and test processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Test Operations and Engineering support post release to improve KPI via OEE, yield and cycle time.
• Interface with Renesas Product Groups and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Coordinate test capacity expansions and deployment of new testers.
• Lead continuous improvement in test operations and data analysis.
• Drive margin improvements through testing optimization.
