Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Singapore is seeking a Senior Test Operations Engineer to deliver test operations and engineering support post‑manufacture release. You will drive operational excellence through OEE, yield, and cycle-time improvements across Singapore facilities and aligned global sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic/Computing and hands-on semiconductor test experience, including ATE platforms. On‑site work with cross‑functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering field.
• Experience with high-volume semiconductor test environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and 8D/Why-Why analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface Test Operations with Renesas Product Groups and internal/outsourcing sites across regions.
• Execute daily test operations: lot tracking, test program releases, repair, uptime, OEE tracking, CI processes.
• Coordinate probe/final test transfers from NPI to high-volume manufacturing and test capacity expansions.
