Job summary

Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader driving productivity and sustainability in manufacturing. The Test Engineer will support NPI, legacy test equipment, and production testing, collaborating with global and local plants to optimize test designs for manufacturability.

This role is based in Singapore, reporting to the Manager, Production Validation & Test, working onsite five days a week. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in EE or related field, 2+ years of test engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a test engineering role within a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot software using multiple languages (C, C++, C#, NI TestStand, Visual Basic, PLC).

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement for test equipment and processes.
• Develop standard work, docs, and operator training for test processes.
• Triage and troubleshoot test equipment in production environments.
