Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Test Strategy & Planning lead to shape and govern software testing across SIT, UAT, regression, security and performance domains.

You will design master test plans, establish entry/exit criteria, and drive testing milestones with the delivery teams. You bring 5–8 years of software testing experience and at least 3 years in a Test Lead role, with exposure to government or enterprise system projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software testing experience.
• 3+ years as Test Lead.
• Experience in government or enterprise system projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan and Detailed Test Plan.
• Define SIT, UAT, Regression, Security and Performance testing strategies.
• Establish test entry and exit criteria.
• Prepare test schedules and testing milestones.
• Estimate testing effort and resource requirements.
• Test Management
• Lead and coordinate the testing team.
• Manage test execution and defect resolution activities.
• Track testing progress against project milestones.
• Maintain quality metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
