Job summary

ACP Computer Training School is seeking a Test Engineer to lead end-to-end testing of an integrated e-payment system. You will drive test planning, analyze requirements, and design and execute test cases across the full development lifecycle.

You will automate tests using scripting or programming languages, build traceability to requirements, log defects to closure, and perform reviews with stakeholders. The role also covers root cause analysis for production and UAT defects and contributing to

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering.
• 5+ years in testing and test automation across devices and/or back-office systems.
• 3+ years of testing on Windows operating systems.
• Experience in Unix/Linux, embedded systems, or cloud testing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Software testing certification preferred.
• Experience with Micro-payments / AFC systems and diverse test phases.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools with security plugins like Confluence, Jira, Xray, GitLab CI/CD is advantageous and API security testing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing of an integrated e-payment system.

• Prepare the test environment, design and develop test cases, and execute tests.
• Automate the test solution using scripting or programming languages.
• Create traceability to requirements and address gaps.
• Log and track defects to closure.

• Perform root cause analysis for production and user acceptance defects.
• Develop design documents and user manuals for the test automation solution.
• Implement and maintain automated testing pipelines within DevSecOps frameworks.
