Job summary

Woh Hup (Private) Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager (Tender) to lead the tendering process for large-scale projects. You will oversee a team of quantity surveyors, study tender documentation, source suppliers, and collate pricing for competitive bids.

The role involves reviewing contract requirements, preparing reports, budgeting, presenting costings to internal stakeholders, and participating in tender interviews to address queries and defend recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities in projects worth at least $200 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QS in project tender.
• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, source for suppliers and subcontractors and collate pricing for comparison.
• Review tender documents and drawings on contract requirements.
• Prepare tender reports and analyse costings for tender.
• Budget and pricing for tender.
• Present the costings to internal stakeholders and put up recommendations.
• Attend tender interviews and answer tender-related queries.
