You will apply advanced troubleshooting, automation, and AI capabilities to resolve complex issues, escalate where needed, and maintain high-quality ticket documentation.

You will work with global teams across infrastructure, engineering, product, and operations to ensure consistent service delivery, knowledge sharing, and adherence to security and data

Qualifications

• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile, and tablet operating systems.
• Familiarity with security principles related to end-user technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve advanced issues and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level virtual and in-person technical support for Capital Group associates, delivering exceptional user experience.
• Acts as escalation point for Level1/Level2 support and resolves complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Participates in incident and request processes, reviews queues, dashboards, alerts, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
