Capital Group is seeking a Technology Support Analyst III to provide senior technical support for end-user technology across global associates. You will apply advanced troubleshooting, automation, and AI capabilities to resolve complex issues, escalate where needed, and maintain high-quality ticket documentation.

Provides senior technical support for Capital Group's end‑user technology, combining advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, proactive service improvement, major incident participation, and global partnership. Apply technical expertise, operational insights, automation, and approved advanced AI capabilities to resolve complex issues, improve service quality, support wider infrastructure activities where needed, and contribute to consistent global service delivery.
Work is technically demanding, time‑sensitive, and may have broader business impact across supported associates, offices, services, or regions. Handles work that require advanced technical judgment, prioritization, and coordination across multiple support channels, and may lead simple to medium‑complexity efforts within defined practices and procedures. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
