Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, HR, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret local labour laws, employment regulations, governance requirements, data privacy laws, and industry rules.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide compliance guidance to management and business leaders and support internal investigations.
