Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Centre for Hydrogen and Carbon Innovations invites applications for a Senior Research Fellow (Techno-Economic Analyst) to advance TEA and LCA studies on hydrogen and decarbonisation technologies at Kent Ridge Campus.

You will lead project development from proposals to grant applications, conduct techno-economic analyses, evaluate technical feasibility and scalability, and communicate findings to industry partners to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in techno-economic analysis, energy systems modelling, life cycle assessment and related work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with hydrogen technologies, renewable energy systems, carbon management or decarbonisation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development with industry partners.
• Lead the development of projects from drafting proposals and grant applications to managing the projects.
• Conduct techno-economic analyses (TEA) and life cycle assessments (LCA) of hydrogen and low-carbon technologies.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, commercial viability, and scalability of emerging hydrogen and low-carbon technologies.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary research teams to integrate experimental data into TEA and sustainability assessments.
• Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to communicate findings and identify project opportunities.
