Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a manufacturing engineer to lead assembly and testing of complex modules with high precision in a semiconductor environment. You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems while reviewing and refining work instructions and procedures.

You will ensure MES data integrity for performance improvement and train trainees/juniors. The role requires adaptability to shifts and adherence to safety protocols in a Serangoon facility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing or semiconductor production preferred.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and follow technical work instructions.
• Willing to work assigned shifts after initial training.

Responsibilities
