Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore is seeking a skilled Technician to ensure reliability and efficiency of production and test equipment on the manufacturing line. You will troubleshoot breakdowns, support test cell setup, perform preventive maintenance, and calibrate equipment to maintain high performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with Final Test Equipment, a Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining Final Test Equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
• Commit to 24 months contract with potential renewal.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and rectify test cell setup issues to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform line equipment checks and equipment restorations.
• Carry out equipment kit conversions to support production changeovers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on testers and related equipment.
• Perform monthly tester calibration to ensure accuracy.
• Provide operators with basic troubleshooting guidance and technical support.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and equipment performance.
