Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Production Technician to support 12-hour shift operations in the Module, ensuring equipment readiness and production readiness.

The role involves PM/calibration, assisting in installation of new equipment, troubleshooting to minimize downtime, contributing to quality improvements, and maintaining safety and housekeeping in the production area.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics Engineering.
• Above 3 years experience in semiconductor equipment role preferred.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift to support Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness.
• Perform scheduled PM and calibration on a timely basis.
• Assist Engineer in the installation and hookup of new equipment.
• Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime; assist in equipment improvement projects.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Team to improve productivity and output quality of the Module.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring safety and proper custody of tools and equipment.
