Qualificações

• Experience leading technical due diligence for data center development.
• Strong analytical skills to assess infrastructure, environmental, and regulatory factors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Technical Due Diligence process for data center expansion across regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to gather site information.
• Develop project timelines and budgets and report progress to stakeholders.
• Create permitting strategies and conduct site selection risk analyses.
• Produce compliant test-fits using SketchUp, CAD, and other design tools.
• Brief consultants on site requirements and ensure documentation is complete.
