Job summary

Singapore Exchange Limited is seeking a Product Analysis and Shaping leader to own domain product strategy, metrics, and roadmap. You will partner with Business Owner, engineering, and data teams to drive observable KPIs and AI-enabled discovery, prototyping, and specifications, shaping the SDLC and product practice across the organisation.

• Strong ability to define product strategy and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Business Owner, engineering and data teams.
• Produce artefacts such as requirements, user stories and specs.
• Partner with stakeholders to uncover business opportunities.
• Shape and communicate the long-term roadmap and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the product roadmap with the Business Owner and align it with goals and regulatory context.
• Prioritise features based on user impact, business value and feasibility.
• Define north-star metric and observable KPIs with data and engineering teams.
• Lead AI-assisted discovery, prototyping and specification activities.
• Drive SDLC improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
