Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements, focusing on availability solutions, data protection and monitoring. You will guide projects, design solutions, and transfer knowledge onsite for Veeam products.

The role requires hands-on experience with virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise apps, plus certifications and consulting know-how. Global travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Core products and data management technologies.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to proposals and statements of work.
• Support delivery, implementation and consulting services for solution design and deliverables.
• Manage project plans, schedules, communication plans, and resources.
• Assist with assessment, design, and effort estimation.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and assist in selling services.
• Document configurations and guide optimal Veeam configurations.
