Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technology delivery and digital transformation.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, CIAM, MarTech/CDP, DevOps, AI including GenAI.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management in global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital, data, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and partners.
• Drive governance, planning, dependencies, and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.
• Establish delivery metrics and value realization measures.
• Coordinate across Functions and Operating Units to manage priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, and AI to improve processes.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, release planning, and implementation activities.
• Provide transparent reporting and executive-ready communication.
• Support organizational change and adoption of new digital products.
• Contribute to product-centric and platform-based operating model evolution.
