The Senior Manager, Technology Delivery Lead will help advance a product-centric operating model while fostering modern ways of working that accelerate innovation, adoption, and business impact.**What You will do for us*** Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital, data, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives that support enterprise transformation priorities.* Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and external partners to translate strategic goals into executable delivery plans.* Drive delivery governance, execution planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.* Ensure technology solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data standards.* Establish delivery metrics, performance indicators, and value realization measures that demonstrate business outcomes.* Coordinate across Functions and Operating Units to manage priorities, resolve execution challenges, and accelerate adoption of digital capabilities.* Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve business processes and operational efficiency.* Manage delivery roadmaps, release planning, and implementation activities across complex technology portfolios.* Provide transparent reporting and executive-ready communication regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.* Support organizational change efforts by partnering with business teams to drive adoption of new digital products and capabilities.* Contribute to the evolution of product-centric and platform-based ways of working across the Digital organization.**Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.* 8+ years of experience leading technology delivery, digital transformation, product implementation, or enterprise technology programs across Commercial and Marketing Technology domains.* Technical fluency across cloud architecture and modernization, enterprise integration and APIs, consumer identity and access management (CIAM), MarTech and Consumer/Customer data platforms (CDP), DevOps/CI-CD, digital operations, messaging platforms, and emerging AI technologies including GenAI, RAG and Agentic AI.* Demonstrated ability to evaluate solution architecture, scalability, resiliency, security, integration, operational readiness and technology trade-offs while translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
