Job summary

V2 is an AI-native consultancy helping enterprises move from AI ambition to production. We are seeking an experienced Senior People & Talent Specialist to shape how we attract, hire, onboard, and support our people across Singapore and beyond.

You will own employee relations end-to-end, collaborate with leaders, and wear multiple hats across talent, people operations, and employer branding in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years' experience across HR, employee relations and recruitment with end-to-end ownership
• Working knowledge of employment law in Singapore
• Experience independently managing complex or sensitive employee relations matters from start to resolution
• Strong exposure to technical recruitment (software engineering, AI, data)
• Comfortable speaking the language of engineers and understanding technical roles
• Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to step outside a traditional recruiter scope
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical roles (AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, FDEs across all levels) and non-technical roles
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Contribute to employer branding, referrals, and hiring campaigns
• Support and improve internal recruitment processes and tools
• Support onboarding and early-tenure experience so new hires ramp up fast
• Support managers with structured probation check-ins and early performance conversations for new starters
• Contribute to engagement initiatives, culture programs, and internal reporting (e.g. squad health and pulse check processes)
• Own employee relations matters end-to-end – including complex and sensitive cases
• Manage leave processes across jurisdictions
• Own offboarding and exit processes, including exit interviews and retention feedback
• Maintain accurate HR records and data across our HRIS
• Help draft, refine, and roll out HR policies and processes that scale as the business grows
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring and people needs
• Build rapport with leaders and teams at all levels
• Get involved in broader people initiatives beyond recruitment
