Job summary

Eze Castle Integration – Singapore, Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to drive technology programs with a Client Technology Manager, including cloud implementation, desktop escalation, and networking for a defined portfolio of clients.

In this hybrid role, you may be dedicated to one flagship client or support multiple clients, collaborating with CTMs and support teams to deliver secure, scalable IT infrastructure and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field, or 3+ years comparable experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
• Administration experience with Public Cloud platforms with focus in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations: Exchange Online, Google Workspace, Proofpoint Essentials, Mimecast.

Responsibilities

• Act as a tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management and support teams.
• Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS, GCP and ECI’s tech.
• Implement and manage enterprise email platforms and security systems such as Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Proofpoint Essentials and Mimecast.
• Execute basic tasks on switching, routing, security and wireless systems (VLAN, ACL updates, port reconfig).
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and provide long term fixes from root cause analysis.
• Document processes and runbooks to contribute to internal knowledge base and SOPs.
• Audit undocumented client environments and provide technical recommendations.
• Apply best-practice configurations to security platforms (Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA, Cloudflare, iBoss).
• Provide high-level consultation on information security fundamentals (password hygiene, MFA, phishing defense).
• Maintain systems with patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support Active Directory via Domain Controller upgrades, Group Policy, and deployments.
• Interface with tools like RMM, MDM, and EDR for client environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project deliveries and upgrades.
• Act as a technical lead for small projects with accountability for scope delivery.

• Apply best-practiceconfigurations to client security platforms such as Azure Active DirectoryConditional Access, DUO Multifactor Authentication (MFA) services, andzero-trust services such as Cloudflare and iBoss
• Provide high-level consultationon information security fundamentals such as good password hygiene practices,multi-factor authentication recommendations and social-engineering defense
• Perform system maintenance tasksincluding software and operating system patching, software version upgrades,critical patch applications, and vulnerability remediation
• Provide advanced support ofActive Directory such as Domain Controller upgrades, Group Policy creation,scheduled software deployments, network policy maintenance, and certificatemanagement
• Interface with common technologysupport tools such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), MobileDevice/Mobile Application Management, Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware
• Collaborate cross-functionally toensure successful delivery of project implementations, migrations, andupgrades
• Acting as a technical lead forsmall projects and maintain accountability to delivery of scope

• Proficient in incident responsemanagement during security events and high-priority escalations, as well asdisaster recovery and business continuity activations
• Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills,with a focus on rapport-building and managing expectations

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Managed ServiceProviders (MSP) preferred
• Financial Services or LifeScience industry experience a plus
• Certifications in cloud services,network management or cyber-security, such as CCNA, CISSP, Azure Fundamentalsand VCP a plus but not required
• Experience in technical projectmanagement as applied to data/infrastructure migrations, relocations, majorsystem upgrades, and new site deployments
