Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure across networks, servers (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on security and compliance.

You will partner with Cybersecurity to enforce hardening, patching, and monitoring, delivering reliable, scalable, and secure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure management, and IT administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networks: routing, switching, ACL, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and NAC.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, PAM, SIEM, and Microsoft networking technologies.
• Experience with M365, Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, NAS, SAN, and VSAN storage.
• Hands-on with system hardening, patch management, and security practices.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VMware VCP or equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform RCA.
• Good communication and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
• Implement, administer and support network infrastructure (wired and wireless networks, routing, switching, load balancer, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Implement, support and administer systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) including storage server and vSAN.
• Implement, support and administer IT Infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG and Nagios.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), and support hybrid identity (on‑prem AD + Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.
• Implement and enforce security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Perform system hardening (CIS benchmarks or equivalent).
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call operations.

Roles& Responsibilities

About the role You will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and operation of enterprise IT infrastructure across networks, systems, and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This includes a strong focus on secure configuration, system hardening, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on role that requires the ability to translate design into practical implementation across network devices, servers(Windows/Linux), and cloud environments. You will work closely with the Cybersecurity team to implement security controls, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.

• Strong technical and hands‑on experience in systems and infrastructure: M365, Windows Servers and RedHat Enterprise Linux, Virtualization Platforms (VMware and Hyper‑V), NAS, SAN and Vasan storage.
• Hands‑on experience with system hardening, patch management, and infrastructure security practices.
• Hands‑on experience with both on‑premises and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and deliver reliable solutions.
