Job summary

IITMATRIX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior IT analyst to analyse, design, and implement technology solutions that support business operations and strategic goals.

You will lead end-to-end analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with developers, vendors, and government platforms such as Singpass, CorpPass, and GovTech services. The role requires 6–8 years of experience, strong programming skills, and SDLC expertise.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related fields.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL and web and OO programming frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into functional specs.
• Oversee system integration efforts, including government platforms like Singpass, CorpPass, GovTech services.
• Manage and coordinate UAT, ensuring solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specs, system design docs, and test plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators to meet timelines and budgets.

Your Role

You will be a key member of IT team, responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support our's business operations and strategic goals. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable system solutions. In this senior capacity, you will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junioranalysts, andcontribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and practices within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution architecture for new and existing systems.
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability between internal systems and external government platforms such asSingpass,Corppass, andGovTechservices.
• Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior systems analysts and project team members.
• Monitor system performance,identifyareas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance system reliability, security, and scalability.
• Prepare andmaintaincomprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry bestpractices, andproactivelyidentifyopportunities to apply them within our context.

Experience Required

• Candidates should have at least six to eight years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or a related field, preferably within a large enterprise or public sector environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support, is essential.
• Candidates should have solid hands‑on experience in application development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web and object-oriented programming frameworks.
• A good understanding of SDLC methodologies, whether waterfall, agile, or hybrid, is expected.
• Prior experience working with government digital services or familiarity with Singapore's whole-of-government IT frameworks will be an advantage.

Your Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline from a recognised university isrequired.
• Relevant professional certifications such will beadvantageous.
• Candidates with a strongtrack recordof delivery and demonstrable technical competency in the required programming languages and development frameworks may be considered even if their academic background is in a different field.
