Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking a System Manager to lead operations, governance, delivery, maintenance, and security of mission-critical IT systems supporting government agencies. You will ensure secure, available, resilient systems compliant with IM8, GCC, PDPA, and agency standards.

You will mentor System Engineers, manage vendors, and oversee service delivery across the system lifecycle, driving continuous improvement through metrics, reports, and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and vendors in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and support for enterprise infrastructure and platform environments.
• Develop system management strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Ensure compliance with IM8, GCC, PDPA, cybersecurity directives, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee system availability, performance, capacity, resiliency, and SLAs/OLAs.
• Lead incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management per ITIL.
• Manage vulnerability remediation, patching, hardening, and security reviews.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity, backups, and testing.
• Provide governance for architectures, upgrades, and technology refreshes.
• Manage outsourced vendors, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for System Engineers and infra teams.
• Prepare management reports and executive updates.
