Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a senior IT/Business Analyst to lead governance, risk, and compliance projects. You will manage GRC domains, design workflow-driven UIs, and administer SAI360 GRC within a Windows server environment.

The role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and collaboration across business users, security, and vendor teams. Banking regulation knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to elicit requirements and design workflow-driven solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Align technical delivery with risk, compliance, and governance objectives.
Deliver insights through data analysis, reporting, and capacity forecasting.
Ensure systems meet security, regulatory, and operational standards.
Support and enhance SAI360 GRC platform and admin tasks.
Act as bridge between vendor releases and internal change management.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery from feasibility to post-implementation support.
