United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) invites a senior Lead Functional Business Analyst to shape and drive a unified compliance workflow for AML/KYC and sanctions. You will balance user experience with regulatory demands, guiding a skilled team through design, analysis, and deployment within a complex banking environment.

You’ll collaborate across groups, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure security, governance, and testing rigor as part of a large-scale program.

Formación

• Over 15 years of relevant banking experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC, sanctions and fraud in banking.
• Strong product design and solutioning experience in compliance domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and align technology with business needs.
• Lead and coach a team of functional business analysts and plan capability development.
• Map delivery roadmap, capabilities and architecture with PMs, tech teams and domain architects.
• Translate requirements into a test strategy and support testing.
• Ensure governance and risk considerations are embedded in the rollout and post go-live support.
