You will lead the development of scalable microservices, ensure robust RESTful API implementations, and drive cloud deployments on AWS/Azure with containerized Docker workloads. The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in software development, deep Java/J2EE expertise, and hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development and backend architecture experience.
• Hands-on with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and enterprise-grade systems.
• Experience designing microservices and distributed solutions.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and service integration.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure, plus containerization with Docker.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ and React/frontend integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
• Design scalable backend systems meeting performance and reliability targets.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Establish architectural guidelines, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for distributed services.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Drive cloud-native development on AWS and Azure; manage Docker deployments.
• Mentor teams, review code, and guide complex engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate React-based interfaces with backend services.
• Champion continuous improvement in development practices and automation.
