Job summary

dv training services pte. ltd. is seeking a senior IT/ERP specialist to lead requirements gathering and system design across finance, sales, operations and HR. The role involves creating dashboards, reports and BI tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement ERP, CRM and HRM integrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and cost-effective delivery. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from Finance, Sales, Operations, HR and Warehouse to identify areas for improvement, automation and system integration
• Design system specifications, workflows and data structures to support business needs. Develop dashboards, reports and business intelligence tools for performance monitoring
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement ERP, CRM, POS, HRM and API integrations, ensuring smooth deployment and operational efficiency
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to provide insights on sales, finance, customer behavior, and inventory. Standardize data definitions and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all systems
• Work with finance teams to ensure business units operate within approved budget, manage cost centers, and maintain inventory thresholds based on data-driven decisions
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements
• Support digital application delivery and end-to-end software development in enterprise systems
• Provide training, post-implementation support, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in project management, user experience research, and stakeholder engagement to ensure system solutions meet business objectives
• Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives
• Review postproduction issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures
• Plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches
• Manage the verification of software patches and upgrades for applications
• Measure, monitor and continuously improve performances of IT services

Requirements

• Master Degree in Computer Applications
• Experience in top level management equivalent to CEO / Director
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRM and other enterprise software
