Job summary

INFOGAIN SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED is seeking a System Analyst with 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze systems, and translate complex requirements into clear specs and user stories.

You will work with development, architects, and QA teams through the SDLC, facilitate workshops, and support SIT/UAT to ensure high-quality delivery. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs and define system requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements, automation, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Coordinate with development teams, architects, and QA to ensure solutions meet objectives and standards.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Support SIT, UAT, and defect analysis to ensure delivery quality.
• Develop training materials and assist end-users post-implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and banking technology best practices.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management.
