A-IT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support AML/KYC systems and deliver technology solutions across banking operations. The role emphasizes requirements analysis, translating to system specifications, and overseeing SIT and UAT activities.

You will design documentation, collaborate with business units and technology teams, and help implement enhancements. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in finance are preferred, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements and translate into system specifications; map design and solutions; run SIT, support UAT and post-implementation.
• Design and document systems per methodology (Functional/Design Specifications; SIT scripts).
• Collaborate with Business Units, users and tech teams to understand requirements and identify gaps and solutions.
• Work with analysts and technical teams to design enhancements and address issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and track action items progress.
• Instruct colleagues on system usage via demos, training programs and documents.

About the role

We are hiring a Senior System Analyst to support AML/KYC systems and deliver technology solutions across banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary work comprises requirements analysis and translating them into system specifications, mapping design and solutions, conducting SIT, supporting UAT and supporting post-implementation.


• Design and document system in accordance with the company’s Systems Development Methodology - e.g., Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, SIT Scripts, etc.


• Work closely with Business Units, users and technology teams to understand requirements, analyse business processes, identify gaps and solutions.


• Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts and technical teams to design and help implement enhancements, new features, and address and fix current issues.


• Facilitate communication between stakeholders when necessary and track progress on action items.


• Instruct colleagues and key stakeholders on how to use the system through demos, training programs and documents.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.


• At least 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.


• Analytical skills: able to analyse data, requirements and gaps to review and identify areas for improvements and solutions.


• Attention to detail: able to identify potential errors, discrepancies and problem areas.


• Good communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex terminology in layman’s terms.


• Interpersonal skills: able to build good working relationships with various stakeholders; patient and active listener.


• Time management: able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.


• Proactive and team player: can actively track deliverables and collaborate with colleagues when needed.


• Advanced MS Office knowledge - PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Excel for data analysis/computing.


• Strong documentation writing skills and presentation ability.


• Know-how in new system development or project implementation environments.


• Good to have: exposure to KYC/AML systems, regulatory compliance platforms, or risk management/workflow automation.


• Good to have: exposure to AML/KYC-specific systems such as transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or RegTech platforms (e.g., NICE Actimise, SAS AML, Verafin).
