Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience managing production systems within enterprise environments.
• Degree or Diploma in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers (Redhat)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity utilization
• Perform preventive maintenance, patch management, and system upgrades
• Manage server lifecycle activities, including deployment and decommissioning
• Ensure high availability of mission-critical systems
• Support 24x7 operational requirements and participate in standby/on‑call duties
• Manage physical and virtual server environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix)
• Administer storage systems, SAN/NAS platforms, and backup solutions
• Support cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP services
