Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage Windows servers (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO) and VMware environments. You will also perform cloud administration (AWS, Azure, Office 365) and help develop operational policies to support security and integrity.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with ITIL or MCSE/MCSA certification preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure support and implementation.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
ITIL or equivalent process certification preferred.
MCSE/MSCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and implementing IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage Windows servers, AD, DHCP, DNS and GPO implementations and maintenance.
Ensure day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of client environments including VMware, backup, patch management and security tooling.
Perform cloud administration on AWS, Azure, Office 365, etc.
Assist in developing company policies to support operations, security, and integrity.
Conduct system generation, tuning, configuration upgrades, disaster recovery, and reporting.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure proper system architecture design.
Analyze existing customer infrastructure to identify enhancements for performance optimization.
Perform health checks on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and document results.
Create and maintain documentation and reports; provide clear communication.
Maintain high-quality customer service in interactions with clients.
