Job summary

EY is seeking a consultant to join our Digital Supply Chain & Transformation practice in Singapore. You will support end-to-end supply chain transformation programs for regional and multinational clients, bridging strategy, operations, digital and analytics to enable measurable improvements.

You will contribute to AI- and analytics-focused transformations across supply chain and commercial operations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and shaping solutions through structured plans while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of consulting, supply chain transformation, operations transformation, commercial transformation, or related experience.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and structure data effectively.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project workstreams and contribute to overall project delivery.
Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies to drive project outcomes.
Coach junior team members and provide quality reviews of team deliverables.
