Job summary

Abbott in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Planning & Operations, to lead end-to-end supply planning, inventory stewardship, and operations across the Nutrition portfolio. You will ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and drive customer fulfillment excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory, S&OP, or related functions.
• Experience in Nutrition/Healthcare regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with complex supply networks and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning ensuring demand, supply, and inventory alignment.
• Develop and maintain supply plans to support growth and service levels.
• Monitor supply-demand imbalances and mitigate shortages or excesses.
• Lead bi-weekly replenishment planning and LVA planning.
• Oversee inventory governance, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate across 3PLs, transport partners, customer service, and manufacturing.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes with data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
