Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Supply Planning Manager for APAC (Infectious Diseases) based in Singapore. You will oversee finished goods supply planning from site to order fulfilment across APAC, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with global planning, commercial, and regional teams, with a focus on automation, KPI reporting, and process standardization to enable efficient

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in regional supply chain, demand forecasting, supply planning, and order fulfilment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
Knowledge of MRP, ABC analysis, stock management, and cycle counting.
Experience with S&OP, capacity planning, and master scheduling.
Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own APAC supply chain KPIs and regional fulfillment.
Lead order fulfilment and regional supply planning execution.
Respond to operational escalations from commercial and supply teams.
Drive regional automation roadmap, including WMS/TMS improvements.
Standardize reporting and develop regional dashboards for KPI tracking.
Support inventory strategy and target safety stock levels.
