As a Business Process Analyst, you will improve supply-chain processes and decision making through data analysis, system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will identify business and system gaps, translate needs into scalable solutions, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and AI-enabled tools. Candidates with additional years of experience may be considered for a senior position.

Advanced Planning System & Data Analytics
Request & Change Management
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years in supply-chain planning, manufacturing operations, business analysis, or supply-chain digital transformation; semiconductor/fabless experience preferred
Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions or a comparable advanced planning platform; SAP and enterprise data warehouse experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and convert ambiguous operational questions into implementable, testable requirements.
Experience building or governing internal GenAI/Custom GPT solutions is required; familiarity with prompt design, knowledge grounding, evaluation, and responsible data handling.
Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly to both users and technical teams.
