Job summary

Hanwha Ocean co. is seeking a Project Supplier Quality Manager to establish and run the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) across all phases of EPCIO projects.

The role ensures suppliers deliver materials and services that meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements, while mitigating risks and supporting project objectives. You will collaborate with project quality, engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to implement surveillance programs, manage inspections, NCRs/CAPAs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in QA/QC and/or supplier quality in offshore EPCI.
• Experience managing supplier quality across procurement, fabrication and construction.
• Experience with supplier inspection, exp editing, and international supply chains.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 29001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SQM processes across EPCIO project phases.
• Ensure materials, equipment, services meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project quality, engineering, supply chain, and construction teams.
• Establish supplier quality surveillance programs.
• Coordinate inspections, FATs, third-party inspections, and expediting.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Provide regular reporting on supplier quality performance.
• Support audits and maintain traceability and documentation.
