Job summary
Triton AI Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced formulation scientist to strengthen its Skin and Sun Care capabilities in Singapore. You will lead application projects, develop sunscreen formulations and provide technical expertise to customers and commercial teams.
Requirements include a Chemistry/Cosmetic Science degree (Masters/PhD preferred) and at least 5 years of sun care formulation experience with hands-on sunscreen work. Excellent analytical and project-management skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in sun care formulation and application testing.
- Hands-on experience formulating and troubleshooting sunscreen products.
- Experience with organic and inorganic UV filters.
- Strong analytical, reporting and project-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPD/EPD/Open Innovation projects and drive product development.
- Develop, formulate and troubleshoot skin care and sunscreen products.
- Design lab experiments, analyze results and decide development approaches.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing and support product launches.
- Work with customers to assess, develop and optimise formulations.
- Prepare scientific reports and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with regional/global teams and external partners.
