Job summary

Canopy Education PTE. LTD. is looking for a Student Care Teacher / Senior Teacher to join our Singapore centres at Tiong Bahru and Bishan. You will run the after-school program, guide primary students with daily homework, and keep records of their progress in a caring classroom.

You will also plan daily and holiday activities, facilitate play, ensure a safe learning environment, and communicate updates to parents. Some enrichment lessons in English, Chinese, or Maths may be required.

Qualifications

• Conduct our after-school program in line with the centre's framework, guidelines, and philosophy (training provided).
• Guide primary school children to complete daily homework.
• Keep records of children's progress and address their educational and developmental needs.
• Plan and conduct daily and holiday programmes.
• Facilitate indoor and outdoor play.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress and well-being.
• Support centre operations as delegated by the Centre Owner / Director.
• For subject teachers: conduct English, Chinese, and/or Mathematics enrichment lessons according to our curriculum requirements.

Responsibilities
