Canopy Education is hiring for a Student Care Teacher / Senior Teacher at our Tiong Bahru or Bishan centres. The role involves running the after-school program, guiding primary students through homework, and tracking progress.

You will participate in daily/holiday programme planning and uphold a safe, engaging classroom. Applicants should be passionate about children and capable of inspiring learners academically and holistically.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and ability to engage primary school students.
• Ability to inspire students to learn and grow academically and holistically.
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent; candidates with different qualifications may be considered case by case.
• Experience in teaching or assisting in student care is welcome.

Responsabilités

• Deliver after-school program aligned with centre framework and curriculum.
• Guide students to complete daily homework and track progress.
• Plan and run daily and holiday programmes; supervise indoor/outdoor activities.
• Maintain a safe, positive classroom environment and communicate with parents.
• Support centre operations as directed by Centre Owner/Director.
• For subject teachers: conduct English, Chinese, and/or Mathematics enrichment lessons.
