Job summary

Leonteq in Singapore seeks a senior structured products sales professional to expand relationships with private banks, asset managers and multi-family offices across Asia. You will originate, structure and distribute tailored structured products, manage end-to-end sales processes, and lead client meetings and seminars.

The role requires 8–12 years in structured product sales, deep product knowledge, experience with pricing and risk tools, and strong relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in structured product sales at a global bank or private bank.
• Proven client base and revenue track record.
• Excellent presentation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• In-depth understanding of structured products and derivatives across asset classes with payoff dynamics.
• Experience with pricing and risk platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Numerix).
• Strong relationship management to influence client investment decisions.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or another Asian language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain client relationships across private banks, asset managers and multi-family offices, supporting onboarding.
• Originate, structure, and distribute tailored structured products across asset classes.
• Take ownership of the sales process from origination to pricing, trade execution and booking.
• Lead client meetings, product presentations, roadshows and investment seminars.
• Collaborate with structuring, trading, legal and compliance to structure bespoke ideas and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay informed of market trends and regulatory changes to inform client strategies.
• Mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance.
