Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) is seeking an experienced credit professional to join its regional credit team in Singapore.

The role focuses on underwriting, approving and monitoring structured financing transactions across Asia, working closely with front office teams on complex deal structures and portfolio oversight. You will assess and review new transactions, evaluate deal structures, monitor a credit portfolio and prepare concise papers for senior decision-makers, collaborating with front office

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in credit risk, leveraged or structured finance within a financial institution.
Experience analysing or structuring transactions such as leveraged/LBO financing or fund NAV facilities.
Strong financial analysis skills to evaluate statements, projections and complex deal structures.

Responsibilities

Assess and review new structured financing transactions with independent credit analysis.
Evaluate deal structures, projections and risk mitigants for leveraged or fund financing.
Monitor an assigned credit portfolio with ongoing risk assessment.
Prepare concise credit papers summarising risks, mitigants and recommendations.
Collaborate with front office and risk teams on structuring and portfolio risk management.
