Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to coordinate and supervise construction activities on projects focusing on A&A, R&R and occasionally new builds.

You will liaise with clients, architects, engineers and consultants, plan schedules, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety on site. Senior roles require at least six years of Singapore site experience with main contractor work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by PEB/BCA.
• 6+ years of site experience in Singapore for Senior Engineer.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Consultants.
• Supervise sub-contractors and project team.
• Attend site meetings.
• Plan work schedules and monitor progress.
• Supervise progress and quality of civil works.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and progress claims.
• Liaise with clients' consultants and RE.
• Maintain quality controls and housekeeping on site.
• Prepare closing inspection reports for completed works.
• Establish inventory controls and resource availability.
• Handle other site admin duties as required.
