Job summary

MEINHARDT GEOTECHNICAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Structural Engineer to support Team Directors in delivering high-quality building designs.

You will ensure accuracy, propose improvements, produce sketch drawings, and perform design calculations for various developments. The role requires a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and 1–7 years of consulting experience, including HDB projects and high-rise buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–7 years of design experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience in HDB projects is essential.
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Hands-on knowledge of the latest design software.
• Familiar with European design codes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering, as a minimum.
• 1-7 years of design experience in a consulting Environment.
• Must have experience in HDB.
• Must have design experience in high rise residential, commercial or mixed development projects.
• Fully familiar and hands-on knowledge of the latest design software.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be fully familiar with European code
• Hands-on experience with the analysis and design of large building projects in structural steel, R.C. and post tensioned concrete
