Job summary

BCK & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Senior Structural Design to lead the structural design and delivery of major buildings projects, including residential and industrial developments.

You will provide technical leadership, manage the project team, oversee design quality, and coordinate with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires BIM/Revit experience and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading structural design teams.
• Experience reviewing structural calculations and specifications.
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & guide structural design engineers & drafters as design of major building projects.
• Review and approve structural calculations, design reports, drawings and specifications prepared by project engineers.
• Review and resolve complex structural engineering challenges for design team.
• Manage multiple projects from concept design stage through construction completion including attending client & technical meetings.
• Plan, monitor and control project schedules, manpower allocation and design deliverables

About the Position
