Job summary

OKX is hiring a Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team in Singapore. You will design and evolve mobile growth features that improve user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

You’ll collaborate with product, business development, and regional teams to translate growth goals into practical engineering solutions. You will own projects from problem definition through launch,measurement, and iteration, with opportunities for senior engineers to lead and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with seniority expectations for lead roles.
• Proficiency in mobile development for iOS (Swift/Obj-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain mobile growth features and systems.
• Work across lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Enhance onboarding, referrals, acquisition journeys, engagement, and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, business development, data teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Instrument user journeys and analyze metrics to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Lead projects and guide engineers on senior-level roles.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
