Job summary

OKX SG is recruiting a Senior Business Strategy Manager to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives in Singapore. You will work with senior leadership to shape priorities, evaluate opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions.

You will also own execution from problem definition to measurable outcomes, collaborating across teams to implement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business problems and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Proficient at working with data to identify opportunities, quantify impact, evaluate performance, and support strategic decisions.
• Strong strategic thinking, with experience building business plans, evaluating growth opportunities, and influencing decisions through analysis and clear communication.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, capable of distilling complex analyses into compelling presentations and proposals for senior leadership and clients.
• Proven track record of operational execution, delivering measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Highly curious, adaptable, and intellectually rigorous, with a bias towards action and continuous improvement.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or high-growth tech is highly regarded; fintech/digital assets is a plus.

• We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy Manager to join our Singapore team.


• This is a high-impact strategy role responsible for identifying growth opportunities, solving complex business problems, and driving strategic initiatives across the Singapore business.


• You will work closely with senior leadership to shape business priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions. Unlike a traditional strategy role, you will also own execution, taking initiatives from initial problem definition through implementation and measurable business outcomes.


• Success in this role requires structured thinking, commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable building a business case, analyzing data, developing executive-ready recommendations, and personally driving implementation without relying on large support teams.

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or high-growth technology environments is highly regarded. Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
