Job summary

ONE SEVEN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to lead sourcing across construction, equipment and services for a growing data centre portfolio in Asia.

You will drive procurement strategy, governance, and end-to-end tender processes while negotiating major contracts and embedding ESG criteria. You will partner with design & construction, engineering, operations and finance to align sourcing plans with project objectives and budget guidance, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or business.
• CIPS or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of end-to-end procurement experience.
• Experience owning a major spend category end-to-end.
• Experience with data centre, infrastructure or construction procurement.
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategy, policy and process for fast, cost-effective sourcing.
• Set up KPI and reporting framework to track performance.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement and tender process (RFx, bid evaluation, award, contracts).
• Review bids, prepare award recommendations and purchase orders.
• Lead commercial negotiations on major construction, equipment and services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on vendor criteria and pre-qualification.
• Drive cost efficiency and implement long-term supply agreements where possible.
• Embed ESG and regulatory considerations into sourcing decisions.
