Job summary

EMPYRION DC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to build an end-to-end procurement capability for its data centre portfolio in Asia. You will own sourcing and tender activity for construction, equipment and services, and lead vendor relationships regionally.

Working with design & construction, engineering, operations, legal, and finance, you will implement sourcing best practices, drive cost efficiency, and ensure governance while scaling procurement across Asia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end procurement experience, including major spend categories in data centre, infra, or construction environments.
• Proven track record managing high-value tenders and negotiating complex contracts.
• Hands-on experience across full procurement cycle: vendor lists, RFx, bid evaluation, T&C with Legal, PQ/TBE/CBE vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategy and policies to deliver fast, cost-effective sourcing.
• Build and maintain KPI/reporting mechanisms to measure performance against objectives.
• Oversee bid evaluations, reports, and approvals; ensure PO issuance and RFA processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations for major data centre construction, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and legal to align sourcing plans with project objectives.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives and apply total cost of ownership analyses.
