Job summary

EMPYRION DC PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior procurement leader to build and run end-to-end procurement across its data centre portfolio in Asia. You will shape strategy, policy, and governance while managing sourcing, tender activity, and supplier relationships.

Partner with design, construction, engineering, operations, legal and finance to drive cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery as the portfolio scales regionally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end procurement experience, incl. leading a procurement function.
• Proven track record managing high-value tenders for data centre projects.
• Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the procurement strategy, along with policy and processes.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities and the tender process, from requisition to contract execution.
• Lead vendor selection criteria and pre-qualification in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations on construction, equipment, and services packages.
• Coordinate with PMC for long-lead equipment delivery schedules and tax exemptions for overseas shipments.
• Embed sustainability and cost-efficiency in sourcing decisions and vendor evaluation.
